 នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៦ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តម ប្រាក់ សុខុន ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ បានទទួលជួបសម្តែងការគួរសមនិងពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តម មីសែល ប៉ារីស (Michel Parys) ឯកអគ្គរាជទូតវិសាមញ្ញនិងពេញសមត្ថភាពនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្របែលហ្ស៊ិកប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ដែលមាននិវេសនដ្ឋាននៅទីក្រុងបាងកក នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួងការបរទេស។

ក្នុងជំនួបនេះ ភាគីទាំងពីរបានបញ្ជាក់ជាថ្មីនូវទំនាក់ទំនងមិត្តភាពដ៏យូរអង្វែង និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការដ៏ល្អប្រសើររវាងកម្ពុជា និងបែលហ្ស៊ិក។ ភាគីទាំងពីរ ក៏បានពិភាក្សាអំពីការពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការទ្វេភាគីលើវិស័យជាច្រើន រួមមានកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការផ្នែកយុត្តិធម៌ ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងវិនិយោគ ទេសចរណ៍ និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការពហុភាគី។

ឯកឧត្តមឯកអគ្គរាជទូត ក៏បានជម្រាបជូន ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្ដី អំពីគម្រោងដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចរបស់ ឯកឧត្តម Maxime Prévot ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេសនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្របែលហ្ស៊ិក មកកម្ពុជានៅខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដើម្បីចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលហ្វ្រង់កូហ្វូនីលើកទី២០។ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្ដី ក៏បានសម្ដែងនូវសេចក្ដីរីករាយស្វាគមន៍ចំពោះដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចនេះមកកម្ពុជា។

ភាគីទាំងពីរ បានបញ្ជាក់ជាថ្មីនូវការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តក្នុងការបន្តពង្រឹង និងពង្រីកទំនាក់ទំនងទ្វេភាគី និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើវិស័យដែលមានផលប្រយោជន៍រួម ស្របពេលដែលឆ្នាំ២០២៧ គឺជាខួបលើកទី៦០ នៃការបង្កើតទំនាក់ទំនងការទូតរវាងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងព្រះរាជាណាចក្របែលហ្ស៊ិក។

ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ក៏បានជម្រាបជូន ឯកឧត្តមឯកអគ្គរាជទូត អំពីការវិវត្តថ្មីៗនៃបញ្ហាព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ ផងដែរ។

On the morning of 6 August 2026, His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received His Excellency Michel Parys, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Belgium to the Kingdom of Cambodia, with residence in Bangkok, for a courtesy call and working discussion at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.

During the meeting, both sides reaffirmed the longstanding friendship and excellent cooperation between Cambodia and Belgium. They also discussed strengthening bilateral cooperation in a wide range of areas, including development cooperation, judicial cooperation, trade and investment, tourism, and multilateral cooperation.

His Excellency Ambassador also informed His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister of the visit of His Excellency Maxime Prévot, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Belgium, to Cambodia in November 2026 to attend the 20th Francophonie Summit. His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister expressed his pleasure and looked forward to welcome his visit to Cambodia.

Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthen and expand bilateral relations and cooperation in areas of mutual interest, as 2027 will mark the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Kingdom of Belgium.

His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister also updated His Excellency Ambassador on the current developments regarding the Cambodia-Thailand border issues.
