លោក ទូច ស៊ីផាត អគ្គនាយកស្ដីទីនៃអគ្គនាយដ្ឋានរដ្ឋបាលនិងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ បានបញ្ជាក់ថា៖ នៅក្នុងខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦នេះ ក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ បានខិតខំអនុវត្តកម្មវិធីអាទិភាពទាំង ៥ របស់ក្រសួងរួមមាន៖ កម្មវិធីទី១.ការអភិវឌ្ឍហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធរូបវន្តនិងគមនាគមន៍ជនបទប្រកបដោយភាពធន់, កម្មវិធីទី២.ការលើកកម្ពស់ការទទួលបានទឹកស្អាតនិងអនាម័យបរិស្ថានជនបទ, កម្មវិធីទី៣.ការជំរុញអភិវឌ្ឍសហគមន៍ជនបទនិងចលនាភូមិគំរូ, កម្មវិធីទី៤.ការលើកកម្ពស់ការធ្វើពិពិធកម្មសេដ្ឋកិច្ចជនបទ, និងកម្មវិធីទី៥.ការគ្រប់គ្រងស្ថាប័ននិងសេវាគាំទ្រទូទៅ ដែលជាលទ្ធផលក្រសួងសម្រេចវឌ្ឍនភាពការងារក្នុងខែកក្កដាបាន ១០,៦៤% និងគិតជារួមក្នុងរយៈពេល ៧ខែ សម្រេចបានរហូតដល់ ៦១,៨៩%។ ជាមួយគ្នានោះដែរ លោក ផេង សំបូរ ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានផែនការនិងទំនាក់ទំនងសាធារណៈ បានធ្វើបទបង្ហាញស្ដីពីការប្រៀបធៀបវឌ្ឍនភាពការងារដែលសម្រេចបានក្នុងខែកក្កដា និងលទ្ធផលរយៈពេល ០៧ខែ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ធៀបនឹងវឌ្ឍនភាពដែលសម្រេចបានក្នុងខែកក្កដា និងរយៈពេល ០៧ខែ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៥ និងធៀបនឹងផែនការសមិទ្ធកម្មក្នុងឆ្នាំនេះ។ បន្ទាប់មកអង្គប្រជុំ បានពិនិត្យនិងពិភាក្សាយ៉ាងល្អិតល្អន់ ព្រមទាំងបានផ្ដល់ធាតុចូលដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់មួយចំនួន ធ្វើឱ្យរបាយការណ៍លទ្ធផលការងារមានលក្ខណៈគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយ និងទិសដៅការងារដែលបានដាក់ចេញ អាចអនុវត្តបានជោគជ័យប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព។

បន្ទាប់ពីបានស្ដាប់របាយការណ៍និងការពិភាក្សារួចមក ឯកឧត្ដម ឆាយ ឫទ្ធិសែន បានធ្វើការកោតសរសើរ និងវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ និងការខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនិងមន្រ្ដីរាជការគ្រប់លំដាប់ថ្នាក់ ដែលបានអនុវត្តការងារយ៉ាងសកម្ម ធ្វើឱ្យក្រសួងសម្រេចបានសមិទ្ធផលគួរឱ្យកត់សម្គាល់ស្របតាមផែនការ ក្នុងរយៈពេល ៧ខែ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៦នេះ ដែលជាការបង្ហាញអំពីការចូលរួមចំណែកដ៏សំខាន់ក្នុងការអនុវត្តយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្របញ្ចកោណដំណាក់កាលទី១ របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព។ ជាមួយនឹងការឯកភាពលើទិសដៅការងារបន្ដដែលបានដាក់ចេញ ឯកឧត្ដមរដ្ឋមន្រ្ដី បានផ្ដល់អនុសាសន៍គន្លឹះសំខាន់ៗមួយចំនួនតាមកម្មវិធីអាទិភាពទាំង ៥ របស់ក្រសួង ទាំងលើផ្នែកបច្ចេកទេស និងផ្នែករដ្ឋបាល ជាពិសេសបន្ដអនុវត្តតួនាទី ភារកិច្ច ប្រកបដោយស្មារតីសាមគ្គីភាព និងឯកភាពផ្ទៃក្នុង ដើម្បីពង្រឹងប្រសិទ្ធភាពការងារនិងបង្កើនសមិទ្ធផលថ្មីៗបន្ថែមទៀតលើវិស័យអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ ស្របតាមផែនការប្រចាំឆ្នាំដែលក្រសួងបានដាក់ចេញ៕

Phnom Penh: On Monday morning, July 27, 2026, at the Ministry’s headquarters, H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, presided over a meeting to review July results and define work directions for August 2026. The meeting was attended by the Permanent Secretary of State, senior leaders, heads of all units under the Ministry, advisers, and Directors of the 25 capital–provincial Departments of Rural Development, both in person and via Zoom.

Delivering the progress report, Mr. Touch Siphat, Acting Director General of the General Department of Administration and Finance, confirmed that in July 2026 the Ministry continued implementing its five priority programs: (1) Developing resilient rural physical and communications infrastructure; (2) Expanding access to clean water and rural environmental sanitation; (3) Promoting rural community development and the Model Village movement; (4) Advancing diversification of the rural economy; and (5) Strengthening institutional management and general support services.

As a result, the Ministry achieved 10.64% progress in July and 61.89% cumulatively over the first seven months of 2026. Mr. Pheng Sambo, Director of the Department of Planning and Public Relations, presented a comparison of July and seven month performance in 2026 with the same periods in 2025 and with this year’s planned targets. The meeting then conducted a careful review and discussion, providing substantive inputs to make the results comprehensive and to ensure the proposed work directions are feasible and effective.

After hearing the reports and discussion, H.E. Chhay Rithisen praised and highly valued the dedication and efforts of leaders and civil servants at all levels whose active work enabled the Ministry to achieve notable, plan aligned results over the first seven months of 2026. He stressed that these achievements reflect a significant contribution to the effective implementation of the Royal Government of Cambodia’s Pentagon Strategy, Phase 1. In line with the agreed forward directions, the Minister issued key guidance across the five priority programs—covering technical and administrative aspects—urging continued fulfillment of roles and duties in a spirit of unity and internal solidarity to enhance effectiveness and generate further new achievements in rural development in accordance with the Ministry’s annual plan.
